(Palos) is registered as a portfolio manager under the securities laws of all Canadian provinces and territories, and as an investment fund manager in the provinces of Ontario, Québec, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Palos is also registered as an exempt market dealer in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Québec.

Consolidation of Wealth and Asset Management Operations
Palos Management transferred its Canadian-registered asset management activities to Palos Wealth Management. As a result, Palos Wealth Management became the investment fund manager and portfolio manager for all Palos funds.
